My first career is in Dentistry, but I ventured into the CBD industry after successfully treating my own insomnia and managing the pain of a broken ankle two years ago.

Greetings, My name is James W. Preston II, I’m a native of Washington, DC and advocate of medical hemp in the form of CBD. I’m an entrepreneur, co-owning my 1st CBD retail wellness center by the name of Hemp Haven Wellness Center, and I’m also certified by the Maryland Department of Transportation as a MBE in food services. I first started using CBD to help with my insomnia and anxiety. I’ve always had a problem sleeping as a teenager and even more now as an adult.
I believe that with the aid of CBD there will be less overindulging in opioids. My father is a stage four prostate cancer survivor and retired Vietnam Veteran. He uses CBD oil on a consistent basis to help aide his insomnia, PTSD and nausea. With more research and studies, I believe CBD will be the wave of the future.

Go to https://onestop.md.gov/users/sign_in under Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission and complete Patient registration to obtain ID number.
(Note: You will need an electronic copy of valid US government-issued photo ID and proof of Maryland address. You will need an electronic photograph, taken within last 6 months meeting passport guidelines.)
Virtual Consultant to obtain your Certification and ID
Medical consultation appointment which will include a review of medical history and medications, symptoms assessment, and pertinent physical exam. Nurse practitioner will provide education regarding process, utilization, and risks of use of medical cannabis.
